Author Guidelines for Duxit: Journal of Directed Universal Expertise in Management
Duxit: A Journal of Universal Expertise in Management invites original and high-quality research articles that advance the science and practice of management across its various subfields. Authors are encouraged to submit manuscripts that are aligned with the focus and scope of the journal, while adhering to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and review process. 1. Submission Requirements

Originality: Manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including self-plagiarism, is strictly prohibited, and all submissions will undergo plagiarism checks using tools like Turnitin.

Language: Articles must be written in clear, professional English using American spelling.

Length: Manuscripts should be 5–10 pages, including references, figures, and tables.

File Format: Submit manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format via the journal’s online submission system [to be specified].

Anonymity: For blind review, remove all identifying information (e.g., author names, affiliations) from the manuscript file. Include a separate title page with author details.
2. Manuscript Formatting

Paper Setup: Use A4 paper with margins of 2.5 cm (left, top) and 2 cm (right, bottom). Format in two even columns, single-spaced, with 1.15 line spacing.

Font: Use Cambria font throughout:

Title: 14 pt, bold, capitalized, justified, 8–15 words.

Author names: 12 pt.

Affiliations and email: 9 pt.

Abstract, keywords, and body text: 11 pt.

Figure/table captions: 8 pt.

Section headings: 12 pt, bold (e.g., 1. INTRODUCTION); subsections: 10 pt.

Title: Concise (8–15 words), informative, and reflective of the research content. Avoid acronyms, abbreviations, or phrases like “A Study of…” or “Impact of…”.

Abstract: 100–200 words, standalone, summarizing the research problem, methodology, key results, and conclusions. Exclude references unless essential (cite author(s) and year only). Define non-standard abbreviations at first use.

Keywords: 5–7 keywords, distinct from the title, using American spelling, avoiding broad or compound terms (e.g., “and,” “of”).

Structure: Organize the manuscript into numbered sections:

Introduction: Contextual background, problem statement, prior studies, proposed approach, and research novelty (3 paragraphs).

Theoretical Framework/Proposed Method (optional): For new methods or algorithms.

Methodology: Detailed research design, procedures, data collection, and analysis for reproducibility.

Results and Discussion: Present findings with figures/tables and discuss implications.

Conclusion: Summarize key findings, contributions, and future research directions (no new data or references).

Figures and Tables: Center on the page, with captions in Cambria 8 pt (e.g., Figure 1: Research Workflow). Cite in text (e.g., “see Figure 1”). Ensure high-resolution images (300 dpi).

Equations: Center equations, number sequentially in parentheses (e.g., (1)), and use Microsoft Equation Editor or MathType. Define all symbols used.
3. Citation and References

Citation Style: Use IEEE style, with in-text citations as [1], [2], etc.

Reference List: Include at least 20 references, prioritizing international journals and conference proceedings from the last 5 years. Use reference management tools (e.g., Mendeley, EndNote, Zotero) with IEEE format. Examples:

4. Submission Process
